About This Clinic
Provides safety net dental services to Knox County residents including preventative, restorative and emergency treatment at a nominal fee. 
Qualifications for Dental Services
In order to qualify for dental services, patients are required to present three documents on their first visit:
    Photo ID
    Proof of Income
    Proof of Residence (last 30 days)
Work Hour
Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
